   2. Scanned copies of signed offer letters must be uploaded to ASDC’s OneDrive folder.
   3. Placements without offer letters will not be accepted.
3. Retention Requirement:
   1. Candidates must be retained for at least 3 months.
   2. Agencies should provide follow-up support and counselling.
4. Salary Condition:
   1. Candidates must receive salary for three consecutive months post-placement.
   2. Verification via salary slips or bank transaction proofs is mandatory.
