1. Implementation of skill development training for 35 candidates in the Beekeeper job role (Code AGR/Q5301).
2. Training duration: 120 hours.

1. Legal Status
   1. Registered entity: Company, LLP, Society, Trust, Proprietorship, Government Department or Autonomous Body.
   2. Registration certificates must be provided.
2. Experience
   1. Minimum 3 years in the Indian skill development ecosystem.
   2. Experience in government/PSU/CSR/self-funded projects with documented evidence.
3. Infrastructure
   1. Training center must be located in Tripura, equipped as per NSDC norms.
   2. Ownership/lease proof and geo-tagged photos required.
4. Trainers
   1. Must have ToT (Training of Trainers) certification from the relevant Sector Skill Council.
   2. Additional soft skills/entrepreneurship certifications preferred.
5. Compliance
   1. PAN, GST, EPFO, ESIC registration (if applicable), last 3 years’ income tax returns and audit reports.
6. Session Plan
   1. Detailed day-wise and week-wise session plan aligning with National Occupational Standards.
7. Self-Declaration
   1. Not blacklisted, accurate documentation, no duplication with other government schemes.

1. Estimated Project Cost: ₹3,92,424
2. Per Candidate Cost: ₹8,612.12 (includes orientation, training hours, certification, branding, and mobilization costs).
3. Payments:
   1. 1st Tranche: 20% on batch commencement.
   2. 2nd Tranche: 20% after certificate distribution.
   3. 3rd Tranche: 60% post-placement support.
4. Additional costs for refreshment, branding, and center establishment apply as per norms.

1. ✔ Only NSDC-registered providers with relevant experience are eligible.
2. ✔ Training centers must meet NSDC norms and be located in Tripura.
3. ✔ The tender emphasizes outcome-based training and post-placement support.
4. ✔ False documentation will lead to disqualification and blacklisting.
5. ✔ The process is completely digital through the Tripura e-procurement portal.
