1. Conduct Short-Term Training (STT) and EDP for E-Rickshaw Driver job role.
2. Training Duration: 240 hours (180 hrs technical + 60 hrs EDP)
3. Target Beneficiaries:
   1. Unemployed women aged 24–45 years
   2. Minimum qualification: 8th pass
4. Batch Size: 35 trainees × 2 batches = 70 candidates.
5. Locations: West Tripura and North Tripura (35 candidates per district).
6. Obligations:
   1. Ensure at least 75% placement/enterprise creation post training.
   2. Provide mentorship, bank/loan linkage, licensing, market/vendor tie-ups, and service call generation support
   3. Training infrastructure must comply with NSDC/SSC norms (CCTV, biometric, geo-tagging, accessibility for PwDs).

1. Registration – Valid NSDC registration.
2. Legal Status – Registered entity (Company, LLP, Firm, Society, Trust, Proprietorship, Govt. Dept./Autonomous body).
3. Experience –
   1. At least 3 years active presence in Indian skill ecosystem.
   2. Minimum 5 completed EDP/livelihood projects with ≥50% candidates starting enterprises.
   3. Proven experience with government-funded skill/EDP programs.
4. Collaboration Requirements –
   1. Tie-ups with ITI/Polytechnic/PSU/SSC-compliant Training Centers.
   2. Tie-ups with SOFED/EDI/RSETI/RUDSETI for EDP support.
   3. Letters of Intent (LoIs) from vendors, dealers, financial institutions for post-training support.
5. Trainers –
   1. SSC ToT-certified trainers for job roles.
   2. NEISBUD/EDI-certified trainers for entrepreneurship.
   3. Minimum 2 years’ experience.
6. Compliance Documents – PAN, GST, IT returns (3 years), ESIC/EPFO (if applicable), audit reports.
7. Session Plans – Detailed day/week wise training & EDP plans aligned to NSQF.

1. Tender Fee: ₹1,500 (non-refundable).
2. EMD: ₹26,709 (refundable, online payment only).
3. Cost Norms:
   1. Training cost – ₹49/hr per candidate.
   2. Refreshment – ₹100/day (non-residential).
   3. Residential charges – ₹375/day.
   4. Conveyance – ₹2,000 (non-residential) or ₹500 (residential) for passed candidates only.
   5. Assessment cost – up to ₹1,200 (NSQF) or ₹1,000 (non-NSQF) per candidate.

1. 20% – On batch commencement (with session plans & geo-tagged photos).
2. 20% – On successful certification & documentation submission.
3. 60% – After proof of enterprise setup & financed e-rickshaw delivery (RC copy, loan sanction, dealer challan, candidate photos, licenses)

1. Bid Opening: 15th September 2025 at 4:00 PM (online, office of Director, Skill Development, Agartala).
2. Assignment Duration: 3–6 months (may be terminated early for unsatisfactory performance).
3. Completion Timeline: Training, assessment, and certification must be completed within 180 days from work order issuance

   1. Heavy compliance load: CCTV, biometric, geo-tagging, LoIs from banks/vendors.

   1. Partner early with local dealers and banks for loan facilitation.
   2. Ensure certified trainers and proper NSDC/NSQF compliance upfront.
