Eligibility Criteria
๐ For Private/Non-Government Organizations
- Legal Status: Entity must be a registered company/LLP/NGO/trust/society.
- Experience: At least 3 years in skill development/placement-linked training.
- Assam Presence: Must have a registered/branch office in Assam.
- Blacklist Status: Should not be blacklisted or under debarment.
- Financial Criteria:
- Average turnover: โน27.30 Lakhs during FY 2021–22, 2022–23, 2023–24.
- Positive net worth in the most recent financial year.
- Placement Assurance: Must submit MoUs/LOIs from employers.
๐ For Government Institutions (e.g. Govt. ITIs, Polytechnics)
- Exempted from turnover and EMD requirements.

- Training must begin within 15 days of batch allocation.
- Aadhaar-based trainee registration with Assam domicile mandatory.
- Mandatory use of biometric attendance and CCTV monitoring.
- No subletting/franchise training delivery allowed.
- Payment and invoices as per ASDM formats only
