Eligibility Criteria for Training Providers
π For Private Training Providers:
- Legal Registration: NGO, Society, Trust, Company, LLP, etc.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in skill development with successful project completion and placements.
- Local Presence: Must have a registered/branch office in Assam.
- Blacklist Status: Not blacklisted by any Government agency.
- Financial Turnover:
- Average annual turnover: βΉ15,00,000 for FY 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24.
- Positive net worth in the latest audited year.
- Placement Linkages: Pre-placement tie-ups/MoUs with recruiters required.
π For Government Institutions (e.g., ITIs, Polytechnics):
- Exempted from financial and EMD criteria.
