📍 Purpose of the RFP:
To empanel training/learning partners for conducting training programs for NaBFID staff in areas including:
- Functional Skills
- Behavioral Training
- Leadership Development
- Technology
🧾 Eligibility Criteria (Must fulfill all):
- Entity Type: Consultant/Service Provider registered or incorporated in India.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in India as of RFP date.
- Capability: Must design & deliver customized training content aligned with the bank's processes.
- Faculty: Should have qualified trainers including ex-bankers.
- Infrastructure: Ability to deliver programs using LMS/data systems for impact measurement.
- No subcontracting allowed.

- Validity: 3-year empanelment (extendable)
- Penalties: Delay may attract 1% of WO value/week (max 5%)
