6. Key Responsibilities of Selected Institutions:
   1. Venue, logistics, content delivery, trainers, hospitality, certificates, training kits, and feedback collection
   2. Soft and hard copies of content to be submitted to JIIDCO

1. RFP Document Fee: ₹11,800 (inclusive of GST)
2. EMD: ₹2,50,000 (Refundable)
3. Performance Security: 5% of the total contract value (for selected bidders)

1. Entity Type: State/Central recognized academic/autonomous institutions or universities
2. Experience: 10+ years overall, 5+ years in EDP/MDP for government or international agencies
3. Annual Turnover: ₹5 crore minimum average (last 3 FYs)
4. GST & Income Tax Returns: For FY 2021–22, 2022–23, and 2023–24
5. Location: Must conduct trainings within Jharkhand
6. Blacklisting/Conflict of Interest: Not permitted
