📝 Scope of Work
  1. Target: 105 villages across 4 landscapes (Pune, Ahilyanagar, Chandrapur, Jalgaon)
  2. Key Activities:
    1. Conduct awareness campaigns, training sessions, school sensitization activities
    2. Translate IEC materials into Marathi
    3. Deliver at least one wall painting per village
    4. Organize community meetings, exhibitions, street plays
    5. Engage local facilitators (1 per village)
🧾 Deliverables & Timeline
  1. Total Duration: 9 months from award
  2. Key milestones include:
    1. Inception Report (1 month)
    2. 50% Awareness Activities Completion (4 months)
    3. 100% Awareness Activities Completion (7 months)
    4. Final Report Submission (9 months)
👥 Eligibility & Qualification Criteria
  1. Registered NGO in Maharashtra with an office in the state
  2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in awareness & capacity-building (as of 31 March 2025)
  3. Minimum average turnover of ₹15 lakhs over last 3 years (50% from consultancy)
  4. At least 3 similar assignments in last 3 years
  5. Minimum team:
    1. 1 Team Leader (PG, 5+ years)
    2. 2 Training Specialists (Graduate, 3+ years)
    3. Local Facilitators per village
