Tender Description Call for Expression of Interest (EOI)" by National Law University Delhi (NLU Delhi) for offering Seminar Courses for the August–December 2025 semester:

📚 Scope of Work
  1. Invitation for leading legal practitioners and professionals to offer seminar courses in evolving and diverse areas of law.
  2. The seminar course is intended to foster advanced learning and is part of the curriculum for the August–December 2025 semester.
🧠 Course Requirements
  1. Each seminar course = 5 credits, requiring:
    1. 50–52 hours of classroom teaching
    2. 4 hours/week, split into two 2-hour sessions
    3. Total 75 hours including 23–25 hours of mandatory student reading
  2. Mode:
    1. Minimum 50% classes (25 hours) must be held physically on campus at NLU Delhi
    2. Remaining 50% (25 hours) may be conducted online
  3. No classes on Sundays
✅ Eligibility Criteria
  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in legal practice, teaching, or a related professional domain
  2. Demonstrated contribution in a specialized area of law

💼 Honorarium

  1. Fixed ₹1,25,000/- per course
    1. If co-taught, the amount is to be internally split
    2. No additional payments for guest faculty

Applicants must email to seminar-courses@nludelhi.ac.in with:
  1. Detailed CV
  2. Course Outline (template provided)
    1. Includes: Title, course description, pedagogy, learning outcomes, module structure, evaluation scheme, reading lists, class preferences, etc.
📓 Evaluation Format
  1. Internal Assignments (Total 70 Marks)
    1. Max two assignments (can include activities, papers, etc.)
  2. Written End Term Exam (30 Marks) – Open/closed book
  3. Optional Class Participation (Max 10 Marks)
  4. Total: 100 Marks
📘 Course Material Requirements
  1. 2–3 core textbooks (for library reference)
  2. Detailed weekly/module-wise readings (max 50 pages per session)
