Eligibility / Pre-Qualification Criteria
- Contractors must be enlisted with:
- WRD, Rajasthan (AA or A Class)
- CPWD, MES, Railways, Telecom, or equivalent Central/State Government organizations
- Enlistment class required:
- AA Class: for works above โน1.5 crore
- A Class: for works up to โน3 crore
๐ฐ Financial Requirements
- EMD (Earnest Money Deposit):
- โน21,760 for general contractors (2% of estimated cost)
- โน5,440 for contractors registered within their zone (0.5%)
- Tender Fee: โน1,000 (E-Challan payable to Executive Engineer, 16th Division, IGNP, Bikaner)
- Performance Security:
- 10% of work order value
- To be deposited via:
- eGRAS, DD, NSC, FDR, or Bank Guarantee
- Valid for 60 days beyond contract completion

- Document Signing: All documents must be signed by the bidder
- Tender Validity: 20 days (if approved by Executive Engineer); longer for higher-level approvals

- Conditional or incomplete tenders will be rejected.
- Contractor must:
- Visit the site before bidding
- Submit GST clearance
- Adhere to Apprenticeship Act provisions
- The department reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reasons.
