📌 Objective of the EOI
To empanel NSQF Accredited Training Partners (TPs) in five districts of Odisha to implement NSQF-aligned IECT (IT and Electronics) courses for unemployed SC/ST and General-EWS youth. The goal is to skill 12,510 youth (70% SC/ST and 30% GEN-EWS) over 3 years.

Payment Milestones:
- 70% after NSQF exam appearance
- 30% after passing + placement evidence
- One-time exam fee also reimbursed (subsequent attempts self-funded)
📋 Scope of Work for TP
- Candidate mobilization, registration, and training delivery
- Provide NSQF-compliant infrastructure, trainers, hardware/software
- Maintain 70% minimum attendance for assessment eligibility
- Support NIELIT in certification & placement
📅 Important Dates
- EOI Release Date: 18 June 2025
- Last Date of Submission: 28 June 2025, 6:00 PM
- Mode of Submission: Only by post or hand delivery
✅ Eligibility Criteria for Training Partners
- Operational for at least 1 year in any of the 5 specified districts.
- Accredited with NIELIT (Private TPs can apply but must obtain accreditation before MoU).
- Must have suitable infrastructure, hardware/software, qualified trainers.
- Preference for institutes with:
- Prior skilling experience
- Public transport connectivity
- Past government training performance
- Industry tie-ups and placement records

🔍 Monitoring & Certification
- Monitoring by NIELIT Project Management Unit (PMU)
- Biometric attendance is mandatory
- Final assessment by NIELIT HQ, certification post-NSQF exam
- Non-compliance can lead to debarment
