🧾 Scope of Work
Supply of:
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea, and snacks to participants of:
- Farmer training programs
- Agriculture field visits
- Awareness camps, exhibitions, etc.
- Locations include ATMA, Krishi Vigyan Kendras, schools, training grounds, farms.
🍱 Meal Specifications & Rate Format
- Full Day Meal Package (Per Diet):
- 2 seasonal vegetables (dry + curry), 2 chapatis, rice, salad, and pickle
- Rate: ₹___ /per thali (To be quoted)
- Meal Packets:
- Puri-sabzi, pickle in food-grade box
- Veg pulao + salad, dry vegetables
- Rate per packet: ₹___
- Breakfast:
- Curd with poha/upma/paratha + chutney + pickle
- Tea + namkeen or bun + butter
- Morning/Night snacks

📋 Eligibility Requirements
- Must submit:
- PAN, GST, Food license copy
- Organization details with name/address
- Payment of tender fee via DD/Banker’s cheque
- Must physically drop bid at the ATMA office by the deadline
