📚 Scope of Work
The selected agency will be responsible for:
- Conducting Tailoring / Aari / Embroidery training
- Following TNSDC QP (Qualification Pack) norms
- Delivering training in Tamil using approved curriculum
- Providing all infrastructure, including:
- Sewing machines
- Computers
- Training materials
- Ensuring 70%-80% attendance
- Managing mobilization, enrollment, assessments, certification
- Reporting progress, handling logistics, and submitting documentation

- Women aged 18–35 from Zones 3 and 4
- Mobilized through Magalir Thittam / NULM via Community Organizers
