📑 Eligibility Criteria for Training Institutions
- Operational History: Minimum experience in skill training in Tamil Nadu.
- Recognition: Should be live-empanelled with TNSDC.
- Trainer Availability: Must have qualified trainers with Tamil fluency and government training experience.
- Training Infrastructure: Must have equipment like sewing machines, computers, etc.
- No Blacklisting: Should not be blacklisted by any state/central/statutory body.
- Experience: Should have conducted similar offline training with Government of Tamil Nadu.

- Bid Format: Percentage quote including GST (lowest L1 will be selected).
- No Sub-contracting: Unless prior approval from authority.
- Termination Clause: Misconduct, malpractice, or breach may lead to termination.
- Force Majeure Clause: Natural disasters, war, or epidemic exempt both parties from liability.
