📋 Eligibility Criteria (मुख्य अटी व अर्हता)
- Registration: Bidders must be a registered organization – trust, company, or institution conducting beautician courses or beauty parlor services.
- Experience: Prior experience in beauty training, especially for municipal, government, or semi-government bodies.
- Financial Turnover: Must have a minimum turnover of ₹10 Lakhs annually; must provide audited reports or turnover certificate.
- Staff Requirements: Must have qualified and trained instructors.
- Skilling Experience: Must be affiliated or experienced with Skill India/NSDC/SSC or government-approved training programs.
- Document Compliance:
- PAN, GST, EPF registration.
- ESIC registration (if applicable).
- Required declarations and undertakings on ₹100 stamp paper.
- Past Work Record: No debarment or blacklisting; should not have failed to complete any prior PMC project.
- Preference: MSME-registered firms get benefits under reservation.
⚙️ Submission Guidelines
- Entire process is online only via mahatenders.gov.in.
- BOQ must be submitted online in the provided format.
- Bidders must upload syllabus, proof of staff, past work experience, and certifications.
- Only L1 bidder (lowest rate quote) will be selected.
- Bids must comply with all specified terms, conditions, and submission formats.
