📘 Summary
GNIDA invites proposals from NGOs for executing field activities aligned with the Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban), Swachh Survekshan, and solid-liquid waste management goals across Greater Noida (East). The scope includes IEC campaigns, community mobilization, capacity building, field monitoring, MIS reporting, documentation, and direct support in sanitation service delivery.
📌 Scope of Work
The selected NGO is expected to deliver a comprehensive set of activities over 12 months, including:
- Conduct surveys and gap analysis in sanitation and waste management.
- Support in achieving and documenting ODF, ODF+, ODF++, Water+ certifications.
- Promote solid/liquid waste management through awareness campaigns, nukkad nataks, IEC materials, etc.
- Train sanitation staff, desludging operators, and masons.
- Field monitoring of PTs, CTs, urinals, STPs, and GVPs.
- Assist GNIDA in Swachh Survekshan documentation and reporting.
- Create model villages/sectors, home composting, manage vendor data, grievance redressal, and weekly/monthly reporting.

💰 Financial Criteria
- Bid Selection: Based on L1 (lowest lump sum quote) for 12-month contract.
- Estimated Project Cost: ₹158.42 lakhs.
- Financial Proposal: To be uploaded online in prescribed BOQ format.
- Taxes: All inclusive except GST, which will be paid additionally.

- EMD: ₹3,23,190/-
- Mode of Payment: Online only (via UP e-Tender portal).
🧾 Submission Guidelines
- Submission Mode: Online through etender.up.nic.in
- Documents to Upload: Technical proposal with supporting documents, scanned EMD & tender fee challans.
- Authorization: Power of Attorney to be uploaded and signed digitally.
- Consortium: Not allowed.
