1. Provide hands-on training in the following areas:
   1. Biryani making
   2. Jewelry making
   3. Fish pickling
   4. Nauwari (Nine-way) saree sewing
   5. Flower ornament making
2. Deliver training specifically to women and girls under the Gram Panchayat Sakwar area.
3. Conduct training at project offices in Taluka Vasai (no relocation permitted until completion).
4. Submit daily training plans, list of required equipment, manpower, and their educational qualifications.
5. Training must be completed as per the contract’s terms after receiving the start order.

1. Caste Certificate (if local tribal organization)
2. Organization Registration Certificate
3. PAN Card
4. Income Tax Return (latest)
5. Minimum 3 years of experience in skill/training programs

1. Preference may be given to local organizations, even if they lack certain documents (as per project-level committee's discretion).
2. Only one training/project per organization per year is allowed.

1. Must be submitted separately online.
2. Finalization will be based on lowest bid (L1); however, the project officer reserves the right to negotiate rates or split work among multiple bidders.
3. No rate escalation will be allowed after award.

• Note: Both scanned copies and original DDs must be submitted. Bids without them will be considered invalid.

1. Bids must be submitted online only via: https://www.mahatenders.gov.in
2. Training must not be interrupted once started.
3. No interest will be paid on EMD or delayed payments.
4. False submissions will lead to legal action and EMD forfeiture.
5. Successful bidder must sign an agreement and deposit 3% of the contract value as security.
6. The Sarpanch reserves the right to:
   1. Amend, cancel, or reissue the tender
   2. Change targets, conditions, and allocations
   3. Make final interpretation in case of disputes
7. Jurisdiction: All legal matters will fall under Vasai, District Palghar

1. Ensure all documents are self-attested and uploaded correctly.
2. Register and prepare on the mahatenders portal in advance.
3. Include scanned DDs and RTGS receipts in your submission.
4. Make sure your organization meets the experience and documentation requirements, especially if claiming tribal/local status.
