✅ Eligibility Criteria
  1. Entity Type: LLP, Company, Government Agency, Trust, or Society
  2. Financial Capacity: Positive net worth in any one of the last 3 FYs
  3. Technical Capacity: Experience in similar works over last 7 years
  4. No Blacklisting: Bidders must not be debarred or involved in legal frauds
Note: Experience from back-to-back contracts is valid with supporting agreements & TDS proofs.

  1. Design, construction, and operation of FTO facilities
  2. Maintenance of airfield, infrastructure, and aviation equipment
  3. Compliance with DGCA/AAI norms for pilot training
  4. Long-term commitment under a 20-year concession agreement

  2. Consortiums are allowed
  3. Preference to CPSUs and registered Indian MSMEs
