✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a registered VTP with CSDC, Chhattisgarh OR
Affiliated to NSDC/NCVT or recognized under CSR/NGO/Trust with similar experience
- Not blacklisted by any government (100₹ affidavit required)
- Security deposit: ₹50,000 via Bank DD only
- Should meet required trainer qualification standards
- Must have bank account in nationalized bank
- PAN, GST, and Aadhaar of authorized signatory required
📋 Important Clauses
- Training to be conducted as per NSQF standards
- Batches to be allocated only after departmental approval
- Use of uniforms, biometric attendance, induction kits (ID card, bag) mandatory
- Reports to be submitted via Kaushal Vikas Portal (KVP)
🧾 Training Partner Selection Process
- Score-based evaluation:
- 100 marks total, broken down by infrastructure, trainers, experience, and proposals
- Priority to partners with MoUs with industries/employers for placement
- Preference for trades under MMKVY implementation experience
📬 Submission Instructions
- Submit application in hard copy (sealed envelope) via Registered/Speed Post
- Include all documents: Affidavit, DD, PAN, GST, VTP certificate, trade infrastructure proof
- Applications should be complete in all respects or will be summarily rejected
🧠Key Notes
- Training partners must comply strictly with scheme guidelines
- Payment as per PMKVY/MMKVY norms—based on milestone completion and portal claim
- All training-related liabilities rest with the training partner post-selection
