Objective of the EOI

KELTRON invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from training institutions in Kerala for empanelment as Keltron Authorized Training Partners (KATP) to conduct Government-approved & other skill development training programs under KELTRON.

Eligibility Criteria for Training Partners

1. Must be a registered Indian #Company, #Firm, #Society, or #Trust.

2. Should have an active license from the Local Self Government (LSG) authorities.
3. Should not be blacklisted or debarred by any government agency.
4. Should have valid PAN Card & GST Registration.
5. Must meet infrastructure requirements as per Appendix-3.

Roles & Responsibilities of KATP (Training Partner)

1. ✅ Set up & manage infrastructure (Minimum 1,000 sq. ft.)
   

2. ✅ Conduct skill training as per KELTRON curriculum
   
3. ✅ Engage faculty (no employer-employee relationship with KELTRON)
   
4. ✅ Ensure marketing & promotion of courses (subject to KELTRON approval)
   
5. ✅ Collect fees from students (as per Appendix-4 course fee structure)
   
6. ✅ Remit 20% of the course fee + GST to KELTRON per student

📌 KELTRON’s Role:

1. ✅ Provide curriculum, certification & quality monitoring
2. ✅ Conduct centralized academic coordination & examinations

Revenue Share Model

1. KELTRON: 20% for Curriculum, Quality Monitoring, Certification
2. KATP (Training Partner): 80% for Infrastructure, Marketing, Course Delivery, Placement Support

Course Offerings & Fee Structure

📌 Government-Approved Courses (Eligible for Kerala PSC Examinations)

1. Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) – ₹29,500
2. Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA) – ₹9,440
3. Computerized Financial Accounting (Tally & MS Office) – ₹7,080
4. Diploma in Office Accounting – ₹15,340

📌 Other Keltron-Certified Courses

1. Advanced Diploma in Graphics, Web & Digital Film Making – ₹88,500
2. Machine Learning using Python – ₹16,520
3. SEO & Digital Marketing – ₹23,600
4. Mobile Phone Technology – ₹41,300
5. Montessori Teacher Training (DMTT) – ₹35,400

📌 Additional Fees:

1. Registration Fee (one-time): ₹200 per student

2. Annual KATP Registration Fee: ₹30,000 per center
3. Inspection Fee (one-time): ₹2,500 per center

2️⃣ Fill & Submit the Following Documents:

1. Appendix-1: Covering Letter
2. Appendix-2: Application Form
3. Appendix-3: Infrastructure Details
4. Appendix-4: Course List
5. Appendix-5: Registration Fee Details
6. Appendix-6: Authorized Signatory Resolution
7. Appendix-7: Power of Attorney (if applicable)
