Pre-Qualification Criteria

Key Details:

  • Objective: Empanel training partners to implement skill training programs under schemes like DDUGKY, PMKVY, NULM, CSR projects, SANKALP, and others.
  • Tender Cost: Rs. 25,000/- non-refundable, to be paid via https://eproc.punjab.gov.in.

Eligible Applicants:

  1. Category A: Applicants with prior skill training experience.
  2. Category B: Applicants without prior experience.

  • Last Date for Submission: 08/10/2024, 03:00 PM.
  • Bid Opening (Round 1): 10/10/2024, 10:00 AM.

Evaluation Criteria:

  • First-round applicants from Category A need a minimum of 30 marks to proceed to the second round.
  • Second Round involves a technical presentation, requiring a minimum of 4 out of 10 marks for empanelment.
