Pre-Qualification Criteria

Key Points:

  1. Objective: Provide short-term, residential skill training for 150 differently-abled individuals, ensuring 80% placement (70% wage employment, 30% self-employment).

  2. Training Partner Requirements:

    • Must mobilize and train 150 PwDs across Assam.
    • Ensure job roles in high-demand sectors based on market needs and previous skill gap studies.
    • Follow a structured payment schedule based on training milestones and placement outcomes.

  3. Training Format:

    • Courses provided in residential mode.
    • Candidates receive a daily stipend.
    • Training Provider (TP) must provide certified training and ensure placements.

  4. Bid Details:

    • Bids are due by 27th September 2024, with bid opening on 28th September 2024.
    • Estimated project value: ₹59.48 lakhs.
    • Eligible entities include companies, NGOs, trusts, or government organizations with at least 3 years of experience in skill training.

  5. Placement and Monitoring:

    • TPs must track candidates post-placement for 3 months.
    • Emphasis on biometric attendance and regular inspections for quality assurance.

  6. Technical Evaluation:

    • Bidders will be evaluated based on past experience, training capacity, and placement history.
    • Minimum qualifying marks: 80 out of 100.
