Scope of Work

Selected NGOs/CBOs will provide community-based care, support and treatment adherence services for PLHIV, including follow-up of treatment interruptions/LFU cases, newly diagnosed PLHIV, viral-load testing, unsuppressed viral load cases, HIV-positive pregnant women and HIV-exposed infants. The work also covers psychosocial/peer counselling, social-protection linkages, index-testing support, outreach and home visits, support-group meetings, treatment literacy, stigma-reduction activities, community-system strengthening, reporting and financial compliance. Qualification & Eligibility

Applicants must be legally registered NGOs/CBOs in India under the applicable Societies/Trust legislation and possess a valid registration certificate, PAN and NITI Aayog Darpan ID. NGOs require at least 3 years' experience in health, HIV/AIDS, community development or social-welfare programmes; CBOs must demonstrate relevant target-community engagement. Adequate managerial, financial and technical capacity, infrastructure and qualified personnel are required. Preference is given to experience with SACS/DACS/NACO-supported projects and PLHIV/community interventions. TENDERDOCUEMNTNGO

Financial & Professional Criteria

The scoring framework gives financial points based on annual turnover: NGO – ₹10 lakh to ₹20 lakh: 1 point; ₹20 lakh+: 2 points; CBO – ₹1 lakh to ₹3 lakh: 1 point; ₹3 lakh+: 2 points. Experience, SACS/NACP projects, RCH/TB projects, social-protection linkages, counselling and community/PLHIV representation are also scored. TENDERDOCUEMNTNGO
