Scope of Work

Eligible agencies/firms may apply for one or more streams:

1. Stream A – Software Development, Athlete Data & Analytics: Athlete registration, accreditation, scoring dashboards, competition-management systems and performance analytics.
2. Stream B – Cloud, Cybersecurity & Data Governance: MeitY-empanelled cloud hosting, database administration, backup/DR, CERT-In audits and DPDP compliance.
3. Stream C – Digital Media & Content: Social media management, live sports streaming, digital promotion, tournament websites, graphics and video highlights. Tendernotice_1

Professional & Eligibility Qualifications

Bidders need at least 3 completed digital/software/data assignments for Government, Sports or Enterprise clients during the last 5 years and an average annual turnover of ₹1 crore over the last 3 financial years. Valid PAN, GST registration and a Non-Debarment Affidavit are mandatory. Stream-specific requirements include software/API capability for Stream A; ISO/IEC 27001, MeitY cloud partnership or CERT-In empanelment for Stream B; and an in-house media/content team for Stream C. Technical evaluation carries 100 marks, with a minimum qualifying score of 60 marks. Tenderdoc
