Who Can Apply?
This tender is suitable for:
- Cab and taxi operators
- Vehicle rental agencies
- Fleet management companies
- Transport service providers
- MSMEs offering vehicle hiring services
- Firms already working with government departments, PSUs, or utilities
Submission Process
The tender will be processed through the GeM portal. Since the bid follows a two-packet system, bidders must carefully upload technical and financial documents in the correct sections. Price-related information should be submitted only in the financial bid.
Bidders should review the GeM bid document, buyer-added ATC, scope document, and any corrigendum before final submission. Incomplete documentation or failure to upload required certificates may lead to rejection of the bid.
