Scope of Work
The selected bidder will be responsible for delivering a complete XR-based sonar training solution, including:
  1. High-performance MIL-grade workstation systems
  2. Head-mounted display with firmware
  3. Sensor integration and simulation modules
  4. MH-60R sonar operation simulation
  5. Instructor-led training modules and emergency scenario simulations
  6. Audio-visual systems and network infrastructure
  7. Software interface design and optimization
  8. On-site installation, testing, and commissioning
  9. User training (Instructor & Operator level)
  10. Documentation and site acceptance testing
  11. Project management (8–12 weeks)
  12. 1-year technical support and warranty
 The project also requires real-time simulation capability using engines like Unity/Unreal and deployment in harsh naval environments.
 Eligibility Criteria
·       Technical Eligibility
  1. Experience in XR-based module development for defence/naval sector
  2. At least 1 similar project completed
  3. Experience in:
    1. Hardware-integrated systems
    2. Multi-sensory simulation modules
    3. Terrain-based (DSM/GIS) systems
  4. Capability in real-time engines (Unity / Unreal)
  5. Prior deployment/acceptance with Indian Navy preferred
  6. ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 certification required
  7. Dedicated support infrastructure in India

  1. Only Class 1 & Class 2 Local Suppliers (Make in India compliant) allowed
  2. OEM / Manufacturer preferred
  3. Compliance with GeM and MII policies mandatory
