π Scope of Work
- NSDC invites proposals for the selection of an Event Management Agency for organizing a large-scale skill ecosystem event in Hyderabad (South Region). The assignment is one-time and non-recurring and includes:
- End-to-end event planning and execution
- Venue readiness (72 hours prior to event)
- Event setup, branding, skill areas, competition zones
- Manpower deployment, logistics, safety & crowd management
- Opening & closing ceremonies
- Media coordination and stakeholder management
- Dismantling and post-event wrap-up
Event Duration:
- Readiness: 3 days
- Event Execution: 4 days
- Dismantling: 2 days
π Pre-Qualification / Eligibility Criteria
1. Bidders must meet all the following:
- Registered entity in India (Company / LLP / Partnership / Proprietorship)
- Minimum 3 years of operation
- Valid GST & PAN
- Positive net worth
- Minimum average annual turnover of βΉ10 Crore from services
- For last three financial years (FY 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25)
- least one similar event assignment in the last 5 years
- For Government / PSU / PPP / Large Private Organizations
- Minimum order value: βΉ2 Crore (excluding GST)
- Bidder must not be blacklisted / debarred / suspended by any authority in the last 3 years
π Technical Evaluation Criteria (100 Marks)
- Mnimum qualifying marks: 70
- Key parameters include:
- Financial capability
- Experience in similar large-scale events
- Skill-domain event experience
- International-level event exposure
- Geographical presence (extra marks for South Region)
- Site survey & crowd management report
- Approach, methodology & technical presentation
π Financial Criteria
- Financial proposal to be submitted only on GeM portal
- Quoted in INR only
- Inclusive of all taxes, logistics, manpower & out-of-pocket expenses
- No advance payment (unless specifically approved with bank guarantee)
π Tender Fee & EMD
- Tender Fee: As per GeM portal norms
- EMD: Not Applicable
- MSE bidders are exempt as per Government norms
π Performance Security
- 5% of total contract value (including taxes)
- To be submitted within 14 days of Purchase Order
- Valid Bank Guarantee from a nationalized/scheduled Indian bank
π Submission Guidelines
- Bids to be submitted online only through GeM portal
- Separate Technical & Financial Proposals
- Proposal validity: 180 days (auto-extendable by another 180 days)
- Joint Ventures not allowed
- Sub-contracting not permitted
