Antier Solutions Signs Strategic MoU with NIELIT to Strengthen Blockchain and AI Skilling in India

New Delhi, June 12, 2026: In a significant development for India’s emerging technology skilling ecosystem, Antier Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has entered into a five-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT) to explore collaboration in blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), Web3, digital learning infrastructure, and secure technology-enabled education systems.

The MoU was signed on June 10, 2026, at the NIELIT Corporate Office in New Delhi by Dr. Alok Tripathi, Director (Scheme/Skilling) and Chief Controller of Examinations, NIELIT, and Vikram R. Singh, Founder & CEO, Antier Solutions. The partnership is expected to remain in effect for five years and is aimed at exploring opportunities that can contribute to India’s growing need for future-ready digital talent.

Partnership Aims to Expand Emerging Technology Learning

According to the announcement, the collaboration will bring together NIELIT’s national training and examination network with Antier’s expertise in blockchain, AI, DeFi, Web3, tokenization, and smart contract development. The partnership is intended to create a broad framework for cooperation in areas such as:

  1. strengthening the NIELIT Digital University (NDU) platform and related digital learning systems,
  2. designing and developing curriculum and training programmes in blockchain, AI, and other emerging technologies,
  3. exploring technology use cases and prototypes for citizen-centric and governance-related challenges,
  4. sharing infrastructure, knowledge resources, and domain expertise, wherever feasible, and
  5. examining possibilities for secure examination systems and related digital solutions.

While the MoU establishes the intent to collaborate, specific initiatives are expected to be taken forward through separate proposals based on mutual feasibility and operational requirements.

Why the MoU Matters for India’s Skill Ecosystem

The agreement comes at a time when India is intensifying its push toward a digitally skilled workforce, with growing emphasis on AI readiness, advanced computing, digital infrastructure, and next-generation technology education. Blockchain and AI are increasingly being viewed not only as innovation domains, but also as critical enablers for future employment, governance, enterprise transformation, and digital public infrastructure.

For the skilling sector, the MoU signals a stronger trend of public-private collaboration in advanced technology education. NIELIT, as an autonomous scientific society under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, has a long-standing role in formal and non-formal education in Information, Electronics and Communications Technology (IECT). By joining hands with Antier, the institution is likely to widen exposure to industry-relevant applications of high-growth technologies.

For Antier Solutions, the partnership is also an important validation of its technological capability and positioning in India’s emerging digital ecosystem. The company has built a strong profile in blockchain-led development and enterprise solutions, and the association with NIELIT is expected to strengthen its role in the education and skilling landscape.

Institutional Strength Meets Industry Expertise

NIELIT’s nationwide footprint, training centres, examination infrastructure, and digital learning capabilities provide scale and reach. Antier, on the other hand, brings industry execution experience across 1,000+ global projects and a team of 700+ technology professionals, with expertise spanning blockchain architecture, AI, DeFi, Web3, and enterprise-grade digital transformation solutions.

This combination of institutional scale and private-sector innovation could help create more industry-aligned learning pathways for students, professionals, and aspiring technology talent across India.

Leadership View

Commenting on the development, Vikram R. Singh, Founder & CEO, Antier Solutions, described the MoU as an important milestone, highlighting the alignment between NIELIT’s mandate to build technology capability at scale and Antier’s focus on applying blockchain and AI to real-world challenges. He noted that the partnership would help strengthen digital learning infrastructure and support learners in preparing for an increasingly AI-driven and decentralised technology environment.
