Job Title: TOT Certified Trainer – Security Supervisor
Location:Madhya Pradesh
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract (as applicable)
Reporting To: Training Manager / Program Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a TOT (Training of Trainers) Certified Security Supervisor Trainer to train and mentor aspiring security personnel on supervisory roles and responsibilities. The trainer will be responsible for delivering competency-based training aligned with the NSQF Level curriculum and industry standards, ensuring trainees are prepared for employment in the private security sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery:
- Deliver classroom and practical training for the Security Supervisor job role as per Sector Skill Council (SSC) guidelines.
- Cover modules including access control, patrolling, emergency response, personnel management, documentation, and legal compliance.
- Train candidates on soft skills such as leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and reporting.
Curriculum & Material Preparation:
- Develop and update lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on exercises based on NSDC/SSC-approved curriculum.
- Use audio-visual and real-time demonstrations to enhance trainee understanding.
Evaluation & Mentorship:
- Conduct pre-assessments, mid-term evaluations, and final assessments.
- Provide regular feedback and mentorship to help trainees improve their performance.
- Prepare candidates for SSC assessments and placement readiness.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Maintain trainee attendance records, training delivery logs, and assessment documentation.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance and compliance as per SSC and NSDC guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: 12th Pass or above (as per SSC norms)
- Certification: TOT Certified Trainer for Security Supervisor (approved by Management & Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills Council – MEPSC or relevant SSC)
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations (preferably in supervisory roles)
- Minimum 1 year experience as a trainer preferred
- Key Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of security operations, surveillance systems, emergency protocols, and guard force management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good verbal and written communication in local language and English/Hindi
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, report generation)
- Physically fit with a professional demeanor
Work Environment:
- Classroom-based and on-field training environments
- May involve occasional travel to training or deployment sites
- Interaction with trainees, training partners, and employers
