DGT Announces Recruitment of ~200 Vocational Instructors for NSTIs Across India Through SSC

In a significant boost to India’s skill development ecosystem, the Directorate General of Training (DGT) under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India, has announced the recruitment of approximately 200 Vocational Instructors for deployment across various National Skill Training Institutes (NSTIs) in the country.
The recruitment will be conducted through the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) – Selection Posts Phase-XIV/2026, with applications open from 13 April 2026 to 04 May 2026.

Selection Process
The selection will be carried out through a Computer-Based Examination (CBE) conducted by SSC. The exam will include:

  2. General Awareness
  3. Quantitative Aptitude
  4. English Language
Candidates qualifying the examination will undergo document verification by the respective user departments.
