🚚 Delivery & Distribution
  1. Vendors must:
    1. Transport and unload at specified MP warehouse(s)
    2. Coordinate handover with AIVC teams
    3. Provide delivery acknowledgments
  2. AIVC will handle final distribution

📋 Eligibility Criteria
  1. Registered legal entity in India (Company, LLP, Trust, NGO, etc.)
  2. Valid GST, PAN, and last 3 months’ GST returns
  3. Min. 3 years experience in assistive or skilling equipment supply
  4. Minimum Avg. Turnover: ₹5 Crore in last 3 FYs
  5. Must not be blacklisted
  6. Proof of past similar CSR/Govt supply projects

🔍 Quality, Inspection & Warranty
  1. Minimum 6–12 months warranty
  2. Pre- and post-delivery inspections by AIVC or TPQA
  3. Any defect must be resolved within 30 working days
  4. Full compliance with disability, health, and safety standards

💵 Payment Terms
  1. 100% payment within 15 working days post:
    1. Successful delivery
    2. Final inspection
    3. Submission of:
      1. Invoices
      2. Delivery challans
      3. Warranty cards
      4. Photographic proof
🔸 No advance payment allowed

⚖️ Other Terms
  1. Penalty for late delivery: 0.5%/week (max 10% of contract value)
  2. Contract may be terminated on non-performance with 15 days' notice
  3. Disputes: Arbitration in New Delhi; jurisdiction with Delhi courts
  4. Right to Reject: AIVC reserves the right to accept/reject any/all bids
