Scope of Work

Applicants may bid for one or more streams:

1. Stream A: Print, electronic and PR media buying, press releases, press conferences and PR campaigns.
2. Stream B: OOH/DOOH, transit and venue branding, including hoardings, LED screens, stadium branding, event arches and banners.
3. Stream C: Digital advertising, social media and performance marketing, including paid media, influencer campaigns, video campaigns and analytics. Tendernotice_1

Professional Qualification & Eligibility

Bidders must have at least 3 completed advertising/campaign management assignments during the last 5 years and an average annual turnover of ₹1 crore over the last 3 financial years. Stream-specific requirements include INS/media-agency accreditation for Stream A, OOH/DOOH or printing infrastructure/tie-ups in Kerala for Stream B, and certified digital marketing capability/proven platform experience for Stream C. Financial & Submission Requirements
