Technical / Experience Criteria

1. Bi dder must have:

Past Performance Requirement

1. One of the following must be met:
2. 3 similar completed projects ≥ 40% of estimated cost
   OR
3. 2 similar completed projects ≥ 50% of estimated cost
   OR
4. 1 similar completed project ≥ 80% of estimated cost

7. ⚠️ Non-submission of required ATC documents may lead to bid rejection.

Key Compliance Requirements

1. Compliance with Labour Codes and statutory obligations
2. Registration required for bidders from countries sharing land border with India
3. Documents submitted during bid clarification will be visible to all bidders
4. Minimum number of bids to avoid auto extension: 1
