Scope of Work

  1. The selected Training Provider will:

Training Delivery

  1. Deliver online skill training in 40 courses to 50,000 students.
  2. Target beneficiaries: Children of registered construction workers.
  3. Training via LMS + Mobile App + Web platform.
  4. Provide HD video content with 2D animations (no YouTube or screen recordings allowed).
  5. Provide 24/7 device-agnostic access.
Platform & Infrastructure
  1. Develop Learning Management System (LMS).
  2. Provide call centre for mobilization & support.
  3. Provide toll-free doubt support.
  4. Individual login credentials for trainees.
  5. Dashboard for monitoring & reporting.
Program Objectives
  1. Enhance employability and entrepreneurship.
  2. Bridge skill gap between education and industry.
  3. Support digital learning access for rural students.
Eligibility Criteria
  1. Bidders must meet all mandatory eligibility conditions:
Organizational Requirements
  1. Must have office/project presence in Tamil Nadu.
  2. Must be registered with NSDC / TNSDC / TAC.
  3. Minimum 3 years experience in skill training.
Financial Criteria
  1. Average annual turnover (last 3 years): ₹20 Crore minimum
  2. Positive net worth as on 31 March 2025.
Workforce Requirement
  1. Minimum 50 online content developers on payroll.
Experience Criteria
  1. Experience in digital/online training/content delivery.
  2. Average training capacity: 20,000 candidates per year (last 3 years).
  3. Must not be blacklisted by Govt. agencies.
