The Greater Chennai Corporation, through its Special Projects Department, invites short e-tenders for the Procurement of a Training Service Provider for Competitive Exams in STEM Subjects for Academic Years 2025-26 and 2026-27 in the Chennai Central Region.
This tender aims to onboard an experienced and qualified STEM coaching agency to deliver structured training for JEE / NEET and other STEM competitive examinations to eligible students from GCC schools.

🔸 Legal Eligibility
  1. Entity must be registered in India (Proprietorship / Partnership / LLP / Company)
  2. Minimum 5 years of existence
  3. Must not be blacklisted by any Government authority
  4. Valid GST registration
  5. Minimum 5 coaching centres in Chennai in last 3 years
🔸 Financial Eligibility
  1. Minimum annual turnover of ₹1.06 crore in each of the last 3 financial years
  2. Audited financial statements certified by a Chartered Accountant
🔸 Technical Eligibility
  1. Minimum 430 students enrolled per year for JEE/NEET (last 3 years)
  2. At least 43 successful JEE/NEET qualifiers in last 3 years
  3. Minimum 10 qualified faculty members (MSc / PhD) from Top-50 NIRF ranked institutions
  4. Proven experience in STEM enrichment and competitive exam coaching
🧠 Scope of Work (Brief)
  1. Classroom & blended coaching (Tamil/English medium)
  2. Regular assessments & mock tests
  3. Study material distribution (offline & digital)
  4. Performance dashboards & progress reports
  5. Career counselling & post-exam guidance
  6. Minimum 12 coaching hours per week for 5 months
