1. The bidder must be a reputed infrastructure/service aggregator.
2. Proven experience in conducting or coordinating skill development programs such as ORP, UPSDM, ODOP, VSSY, or similar government schemes.
3. Submission of documentary evidence of relevant experience and customer references.
4. The project cannot be outsourced or sublet.

1. Valid GST Registration Certificate.
2. Submission of a non-blacklisting affidavit on ₹100 judicial stamp paper.
3. Submission of customer list as per prescribed format.
4. Commitment to confidentiality of training data and documents.
5. Willingness to comply with all ORP SOPs, guidelines, and institute requirements.

1. Minimum annual turnover of ₹50 lakh in each of the last two financial years (FY 2023–24 and FY 2024–25).
2. Submission of audited financial statements for the last three years.
3. Competitive pricing suitable for a premier government training institute.

1. Tender Fee: ₹1,000/- (Non-refundable)
2. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): ₹20,000/- (Refundable as per rules)
3. Mode: Demand Draft, payable to Director, CFTI, Agra (to be submitted separately).

  • Technical Bid (Eligibility, experience, documents)
  • Financial Bid (Commercial quote as per Annexure-5)
• Bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes.
• The envelope should clearly mention:
  • Tender reference number
  • Qualification Pack name
  • Due date of submission
• Email or late submissions will not be accepted.
• Quotation validity: Minimum 1 year from the last date of submission.

1. Training batch size: 60 trainees (SC/ST + General/OBC).
2. Minimum 10% General/OBC candidates mandatory per batch.
3. SC/ST candidates are fee-exempt (subject to online-verified caste certificates).
4. General/OBC candidates to pay ₹49 per hour per candidate.
5. Payment to the Infrastructure Partner will be released only for candidates who successfully pass assessment conducted by the authorized assessment agency.
