Aboutthe Opportunity
TheTrainingandCapacityBuildingAssociateplaysanessentialroleinsustainingandgrowingAnsh’sKMC programsinRajasthan.Theywillworkcloselywithouron-groundnursingstaff(ANMs,NursePractitioners, SeniorNursingstaff,otherhealthcareworkersaswellastheprogrammanagementstaff,ensuringeffective andimpactfuleducationalfacilitationinKangarooMotherCare(KMC). 
Ournursetrainingprogrammeisdesignedtobeaninteractiveandexperientiallearningmoduleand thereforetheNurseEducationFacilitatormusthaveexcellentcommunicationskillsinHindi, Marwadi/RegionalRajasthaniLanguagesandEnglish,andbeabletodeliverimpactfullearningexperiences forourstaff. 
TheywillbetraineddirectlybyAnshtoprovidesaideffectiveandimpactfuleducationalfacilitationforour on-groundnursingstaff. 
Responsibilities
- TheTrainingandCapacityBuildingAssociatewillplayacrucialroleinmonitoringdailyperformance metricsofnursingstaffacrossallfacilitiesandconductregularin-persontrainingsessionseveryfew weeksforongoingskilldevelopmentandknowledgereinforcement.
 - Thispositioninvolvestrackingdata,evaluatingnurses’performanceandmaintaininghealthyfeedback loopswiththenurses,assistingwithtrainingsessions,andsupportingthescalingofourprograms efficientlyandcost-effectively.Theidealcandidatewillhavestronganalyticalskills,combinedwitha knackforempatheticcommunication,attentiontodetail,andapassionforimprovinghealthcare delivery.
 - DailyPerformanceMonitoring:Trackandanalysedailyperformancemetricsofnursingstaffinall facilities,ensuringadherencetobestpracticesandqualitystandards.
 - TrainingSupport:Assistinthecoordinationandfacilitationoftrainingsessionsfornursingstaff,ensuring effectivedeliveryofKangarooMotherCare(KMC)andrelatedtrainingprograms.
 - SpecializedTrainingSessions:Conductspecialisedtrainingonneonatalcare,infectionpreventionand control(IPC),andbreastfeedingtechniquestoenhancenursingstaffcompetencies.
 
- BehaviourChangeCommunication:Facilitatetrainingsessionsfocusedonbehaviourchange communicationtechniquestopromoteeffectivepatienteducationandsupportamongnursing staff.
 - Counselling Sessions: Organise andfacilitate weeklycounsellingsessions with nursesin our District Hospitalfacilities,toaddresschallenges,providesupport,andenhanceskillsinKMCandrelated practices.
 - FeedbackandEvaluation:Provideconstructivefeedbacktonursingstaffbasedonperformance data,supportingcontinuousimprovementandprofessionaldevelopment.
 
- Reporting:Prepareregularreportsonperformancemetricsandtrainingoutcomes,presentingfindings tomanagementandmakingrecommendationsforenhancements.
 - Collaboration:Workcloselywithnursingstaff,healthcareworkers,andprogrammanagementtofoster acultureofcontinuousimprovementandeffectivecommunication.
 - AdHocSupport:Provideimmediatesupporttonurses,addressingconcerns,clarifyingdoubts,and offeringguidanceasneeded.
 - CurriculumEnhancement:Incorporatenewevidence-basedpracticesandguidelinesintothetraining curriculumtocontinuouslyimprovetheeffectivenessoftrainingprograms.
 - ExperientialLearning:EnhancingAnsh’spedagogytoinvolvemoreactivitybasedlearning/learningby doing. 
 
RequiredQualificationandSkills:

- Minimum Qualification: Diplomaingeneralnursing andmidwifery,additionallyadegreein social work/ certificationinhealthcaremanagementpreferred.

 - Experienceinahealthcaresetting,withafocusonperformanceevaluationorprogramcoordination.
